Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases from KM Distributor LLC. Should you wish to return an item, please call 1-877-777-1650 to reach our customer care department. We will gladly accept your return of merchandise in “saleable” condition within 30 days of your purchase date and promptly provide a refund or credit your account for the original purchase price of your returned items.
Items may be returned beyond 30 days of your purchase date at the discretion of KM Distributor LLC, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once opened, books, videos and music are not returnable due to copyright laws. If opened, personal hygiene products are not returnable.
New Item
We will be happy to accept products returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to help keep our prices the lowest in the industry, a 10% restocking fee will apply. The product must be in new condition, unused and in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We do not accept CODs.
Non-Returnable Items
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, custom-order products, personal care products, creams, videos, CD's, books, brochures and software. We must also decline returns on washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable underwear. Custom ordered items made to your specification are non-refundable
Defective/Damaged Products
While KM Distributor LLC carries only the finest products available, occasionally there is the rare instance when you receive an item that is not working properly. For assistance with defective or damaged products simply call our customer care department at 1-877-777-1650
Custom-Built Tables
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on custom-built equipment. However, defects in workmanship are covered through the table manufacture. Please contact us directly.
How to Return a Product
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without an RA# on the outside of the box will be refused. Please follow these steps to insure a prompt replacement, refund or credit.

Call, 1-877-777-1650 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please have your packing slip or invoice handy. |

Include in the package your name, address, order number and reason for return. Be sure to include the RA# . |

Using a strong carton, return package via insured US Mail,UPS or FedEx. Be sure to pack your product carefully. |

Write the RA# on the outside of the box and Send returns to: KM Distributor, LLC. |

Be sure to keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
